I bought a Mavic Mini a few days ago. I purchased DJI Care at the Dji Store before it was activated drone. Is it a problem that i did not enter the aircraft serial number when activating care? I gave the serial number on the box. I typed the serial number on the box on the Care page.
Unfortunately, the mavic mini body has no serial number written on it.
Only Aircraft S/N appears in the DJI FLY application.

I would have the same question for me. Which serial number to activate care for. Battery cover+box SN same, or DJI FLY APP About Aircraft S/N?

I tried to type in SN in the app, wouldn’t work, had to use SN on the box .

As fans83b350f9 pointed out, the S/N on the body is located inside the battery compartment.

I received an email from DJI with the serial number from the box attached to the DJI Care contract. They already knew the serial number on the box before it shipped in other words.

The serial number on the box is the same as that on the battery cover. The DJI FLY app for Aircraft S/N is a different number.

Yes. You should have received an email with the DJI Care Agreement. Have you received an email?

The S/N on the box will match the S/N in the battery cover. The Aircraft S/N in the app will be different. DJI told me that when activating DJI Care Refresh you use the Box/Battery cover S/N.

DJI Care serial is in the email you receive from DJI after purchasing Care

at least it was for me.
