Hello DJI Team,

since a few weeks i am a proud owner of an Ronin SC. Since last week everything went well. I use it together with an iphone 7 and an Sony Alpha III together with either the
16-35mm, f4.0 lens or the Sigma 28-75mm lens.
Right now i have the following problem:
I start the Ronin SC. Then the Ronin SC app on my iphone. On my iphone i activate the bluetooth connection to the Ronin SC. The bluetooth connection bwtween Ronin SC and iphone is shown as active on my iphone in the bluetooth section. But neverthelees the Ronin app doesn´t connect to the Gimbal. It says there is no Bluetooth connection.
After a short period of time the Gimbal beginns to vibrate/ stuttering. I can´t use the gimbal, even not without the app. Firmware of the gimbal is up to date. The app is updated.
I reinstalled the app. I shut down my phone and restarted it. I did serveral on/off  cycles with the gimbal. But the described problem is still there. What can i do to solve it?

the same connection problem and firmware update. and DJI apparently doesn't give the solution.
