Are photo and video files automatically transferred to the phone? I was under the impression that a low-res version was stored on the phone in addition to the original files on the SD card.  In my situation, I have the files on the SD card, but not the phone.

I'm using a Mavic Mini and iPhone 11 Pro with updated firmware and 16GB limit setting on the DJI Fly app. I thouhgt I had everything configured properly, but perhaps I'm missing something or just don't understand how it works.

The app should take a picture or video from the 720p live feed. I would check if your phone's storage is almost full and also check if the app has permission to access your phone's storage.

Thanks for the suggestions. The app has permission to read/write photos and I've got 190GB of free space.
