You can get it in the official DJI STORE and link it to your DRONE serial number.
Make sure to buy the DJI care just before you register the DRONE.

hello there... I will be travelling to Athens and some of the islands in an upcoming trip and I am curious if I have to register my Mavic Mini. Does it fall under the same regulations as bigger drones?

Unless you fly 50meters max up front  back etc and use the safety rules you dont elae you must
