And all the stuff about "old devices" - there are lots of people with phones not older than a year with Android 9 and SoC such as Mediatek Helio P22 (my phone) - although the specs should be good enough (even the 64bit capable CPU) - the manufacturer did not implement 64 bit Android, because there never was a real need for them to do so - oh there might be now - "your phone won't work with mavic mini"... lols

I tried various LineageOS operating systems for Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 [T710][T715][T715Y][T810][T815][T815Y] can report the sad news 64bit operating system for them no!
Samsung will be able to do the update as it will have to write new drivers, but I think it won't do that!
I'm running dji mini fly app on a Xiaomi Redmi 8 and everything works fine, apart from one small issue in the editor. I can't share/export the edited video, when "generating video" starts,it jumps back to the editor.
When tried "share" icon again, editor ends to black screen.
If any one knows a possible solution, advice would be much appreciated.

You just need to use normal software, which is already in abundance!
