Just want to point out an error in the manual.

p45:

"3. Hold the aircraft vertically, with its nose pointing downward, and rotate it 360 degrees around a vertical axis."


and yet the picture shows the mini with the nose pointing UPWARDS.

Yes, that’s been found and recognized and being incorrect, I think @Juliflash posted about it if memory serves. It should be pointed upward and not downward.
