I just tried to update my firmware on my Spark and controller.  The DJI Go 4 app checks for updates and does a download, but when I click the install it says my device is not connected.  I am using a controller with my Spark to connect to DJI Go 4.  This was working fine up until this week now I can't get my IPhone 7 to stay connected to my drone.  I even tried down loading an installing DJI Assistant 2 to my Win 10 PC, but it does not recognize my drone or my controller.  I have the latest version IOS 13.1.2 on my IPhone 7.  I even deleted and reinstalled the DJI Go 4 on my IPhone and the problem still persists.  Anyone have any ideas what to do next?

I guess it is safe to assume that this forum is not monitored by anyone from DJI?
