The Activetrack on the Osmo 3 native on the smartphone is great but when you attach the Smartphone holder and the phone to the top of the gimbal, the balance is completely off.  How come we just can't route a DJI camera module connected to the USB-C/Lightning port as the camera for Activetrack 3.0?  This way it's lighter.

If you get enough of the extensions and hack up the iPhone 6, it can be done but even if it did work, the Activetrack may not be worth it versus just tracking things yourself with the joystick.

Sometimes it's better just to not do things DIY because in the future, companies would make what you see with ease such as the first DIY quadcopters where you had to get a number of things right otherwise it would look ugly on the output.
