Hey guys, I have a question.

I am looking to get footage of the Brecon Beacons and understand they have certain policies in place about drones.

However I own the new DJI Mavic mini and it is under the CAA regulations of 250 grams so therefore my drone is classed as a toy!

Would these policies still apply for me?

In the EU the fact that it has a camera makes registration still necessary
Also there are limitations still in the < 250gr category.
Not sure about UK though.

Hi. Thank you for posting your inquiry for your DJI Mavic Mini. It is recommended to follow the rules and policies provided by your local government. To ensure the safety of your drone and everyone around. For you to be able to check a certain if it is a "No Fly Zone "or not. Please visit our official DJI Flysafe website at ( https://www.dji.com/flysafe/geo-map ) for further details. Thank you.
