I just ordered and received the Mavic Mini. After ordering I'd decided I didn't want it. What is the return process. I've sent an email and a message on the FB page but no response yet. I know the return cut off is 14 days so I'd like to get the process started asap. The box is unopened of course and I've not even opened the FedEx shipping box either.

Basically, you have to pay for return shipping to their facility in California, once received they will issue your refund. Pretty easy, but they will NOT pay for return shipping.

I've heard that. I also bought the DJi Care Refresh for $39.  I assume they'd refund that also.

Yes they will refund DJI care if you return the product within their 14 day policy
