The first LED of my mavik 2 pro battery is flashing 5 time. Impossible to stop , impossible to charge...

Whay can I do ?

please can you tell me what to do. The green light keep flashing.
I can not power on the battery nor reboot it.
Impossible to use DJI assistant to check the firmware because I can not power on the drone.

I bought my mavic 2 pro with a fly more combo kit on DJI store ,23 may 2019

Please DJI help me ! my battery is flashing for 3 days now ! How can I fix that problem ?? (charge or reboot.)

I had the same only solution was to send it in, I received new one. This seems to be HW defect.

We have the professional team who would do their best to  assists you with regards to this matter. Please note that the repair cost will depend on the said warranty period of the battery otherwise, valid charges will apply. Thank you.
