While waiting for my replacement MM, I was wondering is it safer to use the Fly app or the Assistant 2 software for updating the firmware on the drone and RC?

Hi, thank you for bringing this query to us. Technically, it is both safe to update the DJI Mavic Mini through the PC and DJI Fly app using a mobile device. On the PC, you are able to view the list of firmware available wherein the DJI Fly app doesn't have the capability to do so. Hope this helps. Thank you for your support!
