Same here.  DJI, let us know if you are going to fix this in firmware.  If it can't be fixed, the drone is going back for refund.  It's not acceptable to have such distortion on bottom of the image on 2.7k video.  This is a "flying camera" for crying out loud.  FIX!
In this thread it’s been stated they will be fixing it in a firmware update. I never understand why people get so angry they threaten to send it back yet aren’t bothered enough to read the thread they’re posting in :/

This is probably just a flash from a propeller. At end of day prop wash of light will happen sometimes.

Compact Answer:

H264 uses 4x4 / 8x8 / 16x16 pixel blocks in combination with some weired picture slicing when compressing video.
So the width and height needs to be a multiple of 4.
Therefore the height the Camera uses is 6 pixel larger then perfect 16:9 ratio, resulting in a 6 pixel high band.

VLC-Player for example removes those pixels, Windows Media Player does not.

GoPros 2.7k resolution is a lil smaller and 1 pixel short of perfect 16:9, preventing the band effect.

Resize your videos to GoPros resolution in post and you should be fine.

DJI: 2720 x 1536 (pixel perfect 16:9 would be 1530 height = +6px = band at bottom)

GoPro: 2704 x 1520 (pixel perfect 16:9 would be 1521 height = -1px)
