Hi, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties that you encountered. Is there any error message shows in your DJI GO4 APP? If yes, please provide a screenshot or record a short video for better assistance.
At the same time, may we know the firmware version of your aircraft, remote controller and the app? Please make sure it has been updated to the latest. It is also recommended to change an SD card to check if the issue persists or not.
