Hello all. NEW UPDATE DJY FLY v1.0.2 android. There are no major or major changes.

It's an odd thing, mine updated but when I look at the app in settings, it states 1.0.1.

Maybe that’s what happened to me. It actually updated but only shows 1.0.1. That would be odd for sure but wouldn’t surprise me at this point.

I have nothing updated since last week, is version 1.0.1 and the app Store also listed version 1.0.1!
And Yes, my phone is on the list of recommended devices!

I was able to see it, here is the list of changes:

What's New

- Adds support for Russian and Italian languages.
- Allows users to switch between Map views.
- Fixes crashing caused by compatibility issues with Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S6, and other mobile devices.

Mine says 1.0.2. It updated last night and while there are not HUGE changes, there are some and i'll take them. I like the fix to some app crashes. Mine crashed once so I hope this fixes it. Also, it gives us the ability to switch map views, something I sent an e-mail to DJI about only 2 days ago. Now I seriously doubt that email had anything to do with this update, but I am not complaining. No this update is NOT a feature update, but it IS a bug fix and bug fixes are ALWAYS good!

In the end, I deleted the DJI Fly app and installed the new one. It now shows as 1.0.2. I'm not sure why it didn't update or give me a message.

installed the update and started the app. the app installed some resources or something else. then i restarted the phone. now it shows: 1.0.2.

Something strange is, I forced the update on the phone, however, the tablet was updated alone. By the way, I can already use my tablet with this Dron

Mine shows 1.0.3 on my iPhone, but on my galaxy s9, it shows 1.0.1 even after uninstalling and reinstalling it.

It surely is a virtue... good thing about waiting, is that you will have a more updated version than the people who got it first... I'm personally looking forward for more FW updates.

Really looking forward for more, since I'm sure they are finding bugs (they won't tell us about), and they probably are adding fixes already.
The latest battery upgrade, makes me think is to address the "insufficient power" warning.

I had a sudden weird thing the other day were suddenly it turned 180 degrees and gimbal moved randomly too, all under half a second... but over a 200-300 meters cliff... I have video and logs to send support, hopefully they can look and apply a fix. Scary.
