Yes, DR has some built in even.

Any. They work with any profile. Just increase or decrease the intensity and play around with the highlights and shadows. But it works the best with flat profiles.

I don't have that option in Sony Vegas.

Maybe if you create a second video track, one with LUT one without and play with opacity? Not ideal but a work around. Another idea, can you not make Groups in Vegas? that way you may be able to play with automation nodes...

It should work, but is far from ideal, since you need to make all the effects etc. etc. on both channels.
This is just something Vegas does not have native (at least not in my version), so I purchased a LUT plugin that you can add as a track effect.
Was rather cheap and the best I could get for that money.

Good to know, I've been editing with vegas pro for years, but color grading is a pain...
I'm using my first drone shots to get used to davinci resolve, something about the interface I love.

I use both, but DR is way to slow for me when editing.
Nothing beats the Sony Vegas Pro screen for me.
I can make a nice edit in a couple of minutes where DR it will take at least 10x longer.
At first I thought it was just a matter of learning DR, but it is just not convenient as an editor.
Maybe I have to dive into it even more, but for my Vegas is just perfect.

Yeah, those are exactly the things I like to do with DR.
Tracking, masking and coloring.
