So, since last update I couldn't be able to use my recently bought DJI Osmo Pocket. I've used succesfully during three months but when I updated the gimbal went crazy and then the camera never started again. It just gets in a loop on the DJI logo and it overheats. I've tried a lot: charging with AC, charging with usb, using another memory card, not using any memory card, etc.
I live in Argentina so I don't have official tech support here (they just repair drones). And shipping the unit to USA it's utterly expensive (and DJI doesn't even confirm me that I would get the repair or a new unit for free, even having the warranty in conditions). So I'd like to have a solution of some kind. I've spent USD500 in this camera and I won't accept the fact that it all went to the trashcan.

Can you please try to take out the micro SD card or format the said micro SD card then try to power on your DJI Osmo Pocket to see if the issue will still persist. I've actually tried that and also opened a ticket. They just told me that I have to send the unit to USA to check if they can apply the warranty and replace it for a new one. And that's just too expensive, "to check if they CAN apply the warranty". I mean, I need a confirmation if I'm gonna spend 200usd extra in shipping.
