after updating the Thanksgiving Upate (01.10.00.20) for Osmo Pocket update, i cant connect OP with Mimo app.  Just says "Searching.. No Osmo Found" Never seen this before as it would connect all the time.  I did notice that it does connect with my WiFi adapter.


how do i get my Osmo Pocket to connect with Mimo again?

I did notice that the installion might of timed out.  but my osmo firmware in the setting device info shows  01.10.00.20

also OP is now charging my phone...

Please check my PM if you are using an iPhone.

I am having the same problem.  Updated the firmware and now can't connect to iPhone 8 with Mimo with smartphone adapter.  DJI Marky provided a link to downgrade the firmware to 1.09.00.20 and still having same results.  Only shows charging the battery and will not connect to DJI Mimo.

Same problem with me. Connect to iPhone and all it does is show the phone charging. No response from DJI yet. Grateful for a fix if anybody has successfully fixed the issue.
Thanks.  Yes I have searched this forum at length and as yet found only people with the same problem.  All the response says to individuals is check your pm.
If indeed there is a fix it might not be a bad idea to actually post it for us to find and see in search results.

Cannot connect to my iPhone XS. No reaction after connect my phone.

I am so disappointed. The same problems happened to me twice. I first bought one from Costco then returned it. After that, I bought one from one of my friends. It happened again.

If the problem happens so often. Why the DJI only PM to users instead of posting public? Shame on DJI.

I'm also having the same problem. I'm on the latest version of the Mimo App and the latest version of the Osmo Pocket Firmware. On an iPhone XR, I cannot get a stable connection with the OP lightning adapter. The OP wants to charge my iPhone instead of launching the Mimo App and letting me use the Mimo App as a big screen to control the OP. All worked fine until before the FW update. If anyone has a suggestion, please advise. I also find it very strange that solutions seem to be PM'd directly to people having the issue rather than being posted publicly in the forum.
