Hi Ricky, sorry to hear the issue that you encountered. You may restart the DJI GO4 app or try to reinstall it (remember to sync your flight records before reinstall), then check if the issue persists or not. Thanks.

Good morning i completed this and still have the same issue. Someone else account shows up. I have checked my phone uninstalled facebook from my phone i went to business applications and unlink DJI from facebook and nothing.
I believe this is something to do with the drone or the control of how maybe the device or the controller store personal information from a previous owner. i purchase the drone new but who knows.
