I purchased my Ronin S as i saw it has connectivity with EOS R. I have the latest firware on DJI RONIN S and connecting my canon EOS R with the MCC - C cable but i am not able to have connectivity in order to record video from the Gimbal. Can you advise why i am facing that issue

Hi savtantalos, sorry for the troubles on connection, firstly, please make sure you used the correct cable--MCC-C cable as the picture below showed. Then please ensure the cable is inserted to the correct post.
Besides, what is the firmware version of your camera? Please make sure it is v1.2.0 and above.
If the issue persists, may we have the color of the Focus Wheel indicator?
