Hi my mavic mini has been awesome however one of my propellers has a very very slight nick in it, it flys fine but every now and again it makes a short buzzing noise like the props are hitting each other.  Today it gave a engine warning and the buzzing got worse, when it landed a peice had come out of the prop although I didnt hit anything. It is now really unstable, trying to find somewhere to buy new props.  Anyone else had this issue?

I've not noticed this on mine yet and I have a lot of flights on it.  Have you already used the extra props that came with the Mini?

I had a quick look at a few sites and none of them seem to have any props in stock.

I personally wouldn't fly with a messed up prop.  For me the risk/reward ratio moves to far in the bad direction when doing so.

Best of luck!

I would change it out - no point in risking it.

Not ideal to fly like that. I saw some propellers at amazon.

I share same advice. Do not fly with damaged prop. Risk/reward.

I’ve noticed on my mavic mini that one of the props is also hitting the airframe on occasion. I don’t know why as it’s never been in a crash. Is this just a normal phenomenon due to the flexing of the props or is there a problem with the aircraft?

I just got an email from DJI today 12/2/19 saying that Mavic Mini props were in stock via DJI.

In the mean time, can you give the nick/edge a bit of sanding to smooth it out?  That might just be enough

yes thanks I smoothed it with sandpaper and swapped it around with the back ones and it's flown perfectly ever since even in sport mode and wind.  I have new props on order but there is a long wait

What do you mean "swapped them around"?
I've read in several places that the propellers work as "pairs",  it's an aviation rule that apply to all aircraft which uses propellers, this is due to the fact that they come "balanced" from factory.
