I was testing my mavic mini for some annoying noise, but nothing

The gimbal noise on mine is present in a warm house OR outside.
The jello seems to be in the cold.

Outside it persists even after flying..at home it disapears after a half Minute moving it from left to right..but outside it persists

We need some input from DJI support.
Please DJI say something. If we have a faulty unit that may degrade with time, we must know.

Seems that nobody of these dji support user here do not really care about this issue...

but anyway, i will return my Mavic Mini i think.

I just sent my Mini back also and replaced it with the air.  I also noticed that mine has the barrel distortion issue that another user here in the forum has.

Even when its cold you dont have that issue? Did you move the unit like in the video shown?

I had this same issue.  I noticed mine indoors at room temp.  I also noticed today when the gimbal was turning left, it got stuck for a second then it freed itself.  No errors received in the app and that sealed my decision to return it and replace it with the Mavic Air.

I don't want to wait until the gimbal breaks down.  I also noticed some slight barrel distortion in my videos.

I have not noticed this problem.
I am flying in about 5C and it was a clear day.
When I got home and opened the flymore case I noticed everything was wet due to the change in temperature.
Maybe it's a good idea to air the MM after flying in the cold.

Mine makes the noise. Sounds like a little motor turning something which is exactly what the gimbal is/has. For me it doesn’t seem like an issue. If it stops working as a gimbal then I’ll use the years warranty to get it replaced

Well as much as it seems unlikely but I DO NOT have the gimbal noise now.
Haven't been for a flight yet but indoors my gimbal does NOT make the noise post update

Well I cant edit my post but I've been out for a COLD flight and no wobble which is nice. I brought the drone indoors and still no gimbal noise

Moved my MM exactly like the video and no noise at all. I haven't flow lower then 0°C. I'll try this week if the weather is decent.

Latest firmware 1.0.3  update have  fixed the noise for me.
Haven´t take the AC to fly yet but this ¨sounds¨promising!
DJI was silent but has heard us and has fixed things, pretty happy there.

Pretty nice they were actually listening and did something, however having come to the post and saying, "sorry for the problems bla bla bla, we are aware of the issue and we are working on a update which will solve the gimbal noise" I feel some users (specially those who don't come here) have returned only for shaky and noisy gimbal, and now they wont have a drone until after christmas...

So happy now man.
Did a fly this morning with no wifi, and left the AC outside 15 minutes to aclimate to the environment temperature, but noise was still there.

Did the update and is gone, took it out again after update, didnt allow time to adapt to temperature and it works awsome... after two batteries still Ok with no annoying noise anymore...
