Hello! i had a problem with my mavic pro. the gimbal is overload. i have already take out gimbal holder and cover. the camera also a lil bit shaky due to gimbal is trying to calibrate. i dont know what is the problem. a lot of people told me that the problem is gimbal ribbon and i hope so. i never crash my drone before. can u guys tell me, what is the problem?

Can you please try to refresh the firmware of the said drone using the DJI Assistant 2 ( https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads  ) to see if the issue still persists? If the said issue persists, after this troubleshooting step. I would recommend to send in the drone in for further diagnosis, analysis and repair.
