Gimble is going crazy, turning and twisting. Camera link on app is greyed out. States gimble overloaded. Not sure what to do?

Does a crash happened before that issue? What FW version is on AC/RC ? If you power off the AC can you move the cam freely? How does the flexcalbe look?

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble that your DJI Phantom 3 Standard has caused. Prior from getting this issue, was there any hard landing or crash that happened on the drone? Yes I flew it into a tree, no physical damage to drone that I can see, is it possible to fly the drone without the camera/gimbal assembly? I removed the camera/gimbal assembly and now I cannot link AC with RC?

Yes crash into tree, states gimbal disconnected, watched all of the you tube videos, nothing helps the dancing gimbal/camera issue.

cable looks fine yes I can move the cam, cannot calibrate the gimbal because it states gimbal disconnected

As long as you don't take out the wifi board it's ok.

With regards to the camera and gimbal, you will encounter an error message, if a component in a drone is not detected or not functioning properly. Since there is a crash on the drone. Even if the damage is not showing on the outside of the drone. The internal hardware may have been damaged. I would recommend you to contact our DJI support team to start up a ticket at ( https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav ) for further assistance. Please note that the repair cost will depend on the said warranty period of the drone otherwise, valid charges will apply. Again, I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for your understanding.
