osmo pocket everything seams to operate fine but when try to calibrate gimbal fails @ 40% ?

Have you tried  a reset?
Swipe screen down, Press cog icon, swipe left, press more, Reset is in the middle.

i have the same problem. dji osmo pocket gimbal calibration fails @ 40% exactly the same as the OP says. this must be a known bug. anyone have the solution? will be happy to find out. i have a video taken but don't know how to upload.

any updates on this one DJI. Looks to me that this is a known issue and there is still no workaround solution mentioned at this time.

Hi there. Sorry for the late response. Please make sure to conduct the calibration by placing the gimbal on a horizontal plane. Do not touch the gimbal during calibration. Make sure that the firmware is on the latest. Conduct more than one calibration after restarting the gimbal.
If the calibration fails several times. If the issue still persists we recommend sending the product for diagnosis or repair.
