Hi bymg, sorry for the troubles with the drone, may I verify the following information? Thank you in advance.
1. What is the model of your camera? X3, X5 or X5R?
2. How many cameras have the same issue? May I have the serial number of them?
3. You sent in the drone and camera to the dealer but they refuse to provide the warranty service right? Did the dealer send back to DJI for evaluation? If yes, is there any case number?
4. The dealer mentioned ''units as having a fault on the mainboard'', do they mean both the aircraft and camera? May we have more chat screenshots and their damage assessment from the dealer? |
