Hopefully if it has something to do with app DJI is working on it and will be fixed in next update, like with the gimbal issue many of us had.
For my experience asking to DJI, do not insist too much, you are not going to get the answer you need.
I know is annoying having to wait, not knowing if you should return it or wait, I waited and latest FW update fixed it.

I have the same issue. Samsung Galaxy S10e after new Android 10.
App freezes directly after start and leaves white screen.
No functionality at all.
I would love to hear how to solve this problem.

My app start to go again wihtout upgrade.
Try to disinstall the app turn off the device and then reinstall.
Mine start to work.
I tried many time to do this but never worked but from yestrerday it work.
Maybe it could be a problem of autorization and dji fixed it.

Just gave it a try and:

- deleted the DJI FLY APP
- put my SAMSUNG S10e to Power OFF
- Restarted the Smartphone again
- Loaded the DJI FLY APP once more
- installed the APP again
- started the APP and
...
it works!

For me, this problem is solved! I could install the new Firmware on the Mavic Mini and it all workd just fine right now!

had also success to reinstall and the app was working suddenly, but only one time, on the second start it was again stuck on the white start screen. Reinstallation seems to work only on some devices and is not persistent. We still need a Fix!

Perhaps you should try and install the "android app" directly, instead of the one from the google store? To be honest, i have no clue if that makes any difference?!

I am certain the issue will be fixed as quickly as they can. DJI is aware of it and is working on it. It is perplexing why this happens, but can be expected with major OS upgrades. If it is urgent, I would suggest rolling back to previous version. Of course that is just a band aid, merely a suggestion, and only meant to get someone through a pinch.

I'm sorry for your experience that leads you to feel that DJI stinks. Since you own 4 DJI products, the mini, the MA, MP and the P3S and want to sell cheap, I figured I would put it here in English so you might stand a better chance with those that doesn't speak Spanish. I used the Beta on Android 10 up thru 7th Beta with no issues on S10+. Updated to full Android 10 now and still no issues.  This S10 has a Snapdragon vice Exnos processor so not sure if that could be the difference with others having issues.

Yoy can reload DJI FLY normally after connect to Mavic Mini?

I use your method that I can load DJI FLY app before setting to connect MM.
But after setting to connect to MM, I can reload app anymore...

Had to re-install DJIGo4. It now launches but only on second attempts. If I first try it comes up with the launch screen then just disappears. Clearly something not quite right with the app and the new Android version.

first sorry but my language is not english .

I fixed the problem with samsung galaxy note 10 plus  and now works ok

when you update the samsung with android 10 some setting that you have done are gone .

you need to be develop mode and having debug mode in , after when you connect the control to the telephone you need to select (look photo)

it works 100% , I tried 100 times

Nothing is working after updating to Android 10....crashing and crashing all the time.... users with Samsung S10-Note 10 phones with same problem after almost 3 weeks ... It's a shame DJI....the TOTAL SOLUTION IS ONE we demand UPDATE!!!

I found a way to make the application work on Samsung S10 with Android 10. Together with the DJI FLy application, I installed the DJI GO4 application. After that, the DJI Fly application starts up and works normally. I hope someone helps this method of solving the problem

But I what I cannot understand, are the harsh comments about DJI's fault in this case.
The S10 worked with all beta versions of Android 10 worked fine with the DJI app, but the final version not.

Why is DJI now the bad guy and not Android?

I can confirm that My S10+ (Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor)  worked with Android 10 Betas and after upgrading to full Android 10 it continues to work without issue.  So I'm not sure if those having trouble are only on the Samsung Exynos 9820 processor or what.  

Normally when you upgrade your smartphone to a newer operating system and have issues with any Apps it is always a good idea to uninstall and reinstall that App.  Sometimes carryover data in cache from previous operating system will cause glitches in new system.  

Some of the issues with DJI Fly app compatibility are because there are no 32 bit libraries in the software.  So somebody at DJI made the conscious decision to go 64 bit only.  Unfortunately, that fact was not publicized up front.  It appears that DJI developers and marketers were not communicating with each other on these facts.  Otherwise, they would have posted up front more details about phone and tablet compatibility.

I had the beta version and it wasn't working for me. But now it's been almost a month since the official release and still it still not working. What is really bad from Dji is that they're not giving any ETA for the fix.

Well, the S10+ is still listed as compatible running Android 6.0 and above and it definitely isn´t!
This is an inacaptable behaviour from DJI and therefor I quite well undesrtand harsh comments!

The are fooling their customers!

The same for me... S10+, Exynos variant. The strange thing is that I have updated the phone 2 weeks ago (or so), and I used the app without problems. A few days ago I have read about this issue, and I felt """lucky""" that I don't have this problem. But today as I opened the app, it crashed right after clicking on the icon... So yeah, here I am as well. Can't fly my drone. I tried to suggestions above (like installing DJI Go 4, or uninstalling the app, turning off and on the phone, installing it again etc., but none of them work). So waiting for the official fix, I won't downgrade my phone because of this...
