I cannot make the connection between ronin S and Canon 1DX mark ii to work. Neither the focus wheel or the record button.

Both Firmware on ronin S and camera is updated to latest version earlier today. The focus wheel is blinking red (Single blinking).The Ronin S is connected to the camera from the 10-pin To the USB port (lower part). I've tried several times to turn both camera and Gimble off and on, without any success. I have read all relevant articles in this forum and tested all ideas without any luck.There's only one thing I haven't tried yet and that is to change the app settings in the ronin app to a Canon camera. I have seen how to do that but only in older version of the app but I cannot see how to do that in the newest updated version of the app (updated today).
I am waiting on the edge of my chair until I got the solution :-)
