My Mavic 2 Pro which I purchased in May 2019 is still not showing in my list of assetts on my profile. I did raise this issue 3 months ago, here is the link to the thread: https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=198937

@DJI Stephen was looking into this but I have not heard back from him. He asked me to send him a PM with my details but I never heard back. I also replied to him in the above thread but did not hear anything back. Appreciate the moderators/staff are all very busy and this is a relatively minor issue, but I am hoping someone can resolve this soon.

To confirm, I purchased the Mavic brand new. Serial number is as follows:
163DG2T
001VPYQ


I registered it with my account jacques.eloff@gmail.com which is the same account as all my other DJI hardware.

I have also attached an image of the serial etc.

Please can someone sort this out for me?
