Suggestion on the best type of tablet(s) that can be use with the Mavic Mini?

4 or 5 I believe.  Must have iOS 13 too.

May I ask if anyone can help on the forum please?

I have bought a Samsung s8 on the recommendation of the list above but cannot get the phone to connect to the device .  I have tried cancelling all and restarting several times.

Any new ideas please?
