It's a decent set of accessories if you don't have anything already.
I would get the PGYtech case it allows audio adapter and has a regular tripod screw mount on the top - more options, upside down is OK
I don't like to use the fiddly gopro mount system where it can be avoided.

what do you think about the Smallrig  frame
cage? for this? its like $49 but it looks tough

Smallrig is a cool frame, I almost grabbed one except for one little issue, it won't fit the Cynova adapter unless they have updated it (edit, fast forward to about 7:10):

i throw a Ulanzi bracket on the original fram and you can  place anything you want I evn get a cold shoe  and glue but DIY is not a issue with me

This is the new one just came out. i like smallrig cause it has protection around the lends Ulanzi does not..

the Cynova adapter and microphone what can it do? sorry dumb question new to this stuff, never ever had an action camera?

Thanks for the heads-up, I just placed my order, the pgytech one I ordered hasn't even arrived yet, oh well, I'll have a choice of frames :/.

As for the Cynova adapter, you can connect an external microphone of your choice for better audio, albeit with mono recording.  It's totally up to you whether you want the external microphone, under many circumstances the internal mic is okay especially if you can rig up a little wind muff of some kind.

No. other models on the market. has motion detction. it has a built in photo timer. wished it had a built in  video recorder start timer.  Any camera you can modify but voiding the warranty for night vision. good luck and be the first to do it.
