My mavic mini is combo set. Fist time all is normal, then some day later i met some errors as following:
1. Drone decreas the heigh until reach the ground while i tried to put it up by press and hold left stick upside.
2. Remote control power coming down very fast. I charged all battery and remote full power then i performed the first flight, but after finished the flight  the remote power shown only one led. After that i go back home and check the remote power show 3 leds, however after some seconds the remote switch off, i try some times agian and remote power coming down from 3 leds to zero very fast. Yesterday i check and fly with 3 leds on remote, but only more 10 mins the remote power off and drone landing in the street.

Kindly please tell me what errors?!

Hi there, may we have the flight record of your first issue for the analysis?
Android device:
Connect the mobile device that has been connected to the aircraft to the PC, and then export the "flightrecord" folder.
iOS device:
Connect the mobile device that has been connected to the aircraft to the PC, open iTunes, and then export all data under the "flightrecord" folder.




For the power of the RC, it should be able to last 1 hour and 40 minutes when connecting to Android mobile device and 4.5 hours when connecting to iOS device. If the issue persists, it is recommended to send in the RC for further evaluation.

I have one more problem on Mavic mini, dji app ask to do compass, i did it until completed and sucessful information on screen, however compass errors still appear, WHY?!

You can upload the flight records to Dropbox or Google Drive and post the link here.
If the "Compass error" still pops up in the app during flight even though the compass has been calibrated successfully, the aircraft may be flying in a place where the compass cannot detect the interference correctly. Please fly in another place.

For compass error, it appeared again immediately after i did it sucessfull. Not during a flight. WHY?!

I see each email has been replied to.
Before sending in, may I have a screenshot of your RC mode? Did you calibrate the RC joysticks?
If the compass error prompts immediately after the calibration, it means the compass is still interfered, were you flying the drone in the place with the interference such as the magnetic field? Please try in another open area.

PHONE Huawei P30 PRO with control MAVIC MINI. I have problem with key camera and key video Don t working. The phone have an android 10.we can help me fir to resolve my problem thanks
