Hello,

Today, I took a couple of videos. All fine. Then, I updated the firmware to the latest version. All good. I did a Story from the videos I had taken. All Good. I unplugged the Osmo Pocket from my phone. From there, it is impossible to start the Osmo Pocket.

I tried:

1) Open by clicking the right button: red light flashes for about 10 seconds
2) Charge with USB cord: a green light flash

I recall that power was above 40%.

What can I do?

Hello, I kept the Osmo Pocket plugged for about 4 hours now. I was able to turn it off. I suppose the battery drained very quickly from 40% to zero. Very weird because the only thing I did from 40% was to create the video with the Story app. I'll test tomorrow if it is still working.

It seems to be working now. I suppose the issue was the charge. Thx for the quick reply.
