When i try using memory card to update but it is not compatible so i remove the memory card but when i try to turn i though that my battery was gone so i replace full battery but it doesnt turn on until now no matter how many times i try plss help

Hi. I got my osmo action yesterday but after using for some minutes it just turned itself off and won't turn on again. No lights indicator.  Nothing happened when i tried to charge. Really sad.
