I flew almost 30-40 times after I received my combo package (the pro 2 drone and the smart controller).
The DJI go 4 app on the smart controller reset at least 8 times during my flight.

Here is the issue, during the flight, I have no idea what happened, the DJI go 4 app suddenly stopped working
and reset. I have to click the app again to enter into the controller's screen. During the interrupt, I can RC control
the drone without any issue.

I have 64GB SD card inserted in my smart controller.

Anyone see this problem?

Another thing I can only coordinate is the winter temperature. It was between -5 ~ -10 C

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the issue. Can you please try to turn off the "Cache to SD Card" function or delete the image transmission cache files in the internal SD card. Image transmission cache path of SD card:/DJI/dji.go.v4/DJI_RECORD. Also, please update the firmware of your devices to maintain the stability of the system and avoid any possible issues. Which version of DJI Go 4 are you using?  If you can't find another resolution, have you tried updating to the latest version?

I checked it was 4.3.21; now I followed your instruction and upgrade to 4.3.25. I will take it out and see what happens. Thanks!

v4.3.25 has worked well for me.  I hope you have similar success as well.

Updating to latest was good idea. Also, read manual for SC to make sure antennae are oriented correctly.

Which version of DJI Go 4 are you on?  Are you still on the one that came with the firmware or have you updated to v4.3.25?  I personally have not had any problems at all since updating to .25.

Put a 16gb or 32 gb sd card in the controller. I had a 128 gb ,and only had problems with the smartcontroller.freezing ,Shutting down etc.
I put a 32 gb sd card i , never had any problems after this. In spite dji says in the specs 64gb,128gb , its causing problems ,at least with me.

This is a good point. Every time when the freeze happened, I checked the SD card, that portion of the the mp4 is always mosaic. I am not saying the mosaic has the linkage of the freezing, but I tend to believe the SD card of the 64G might be an issue. I will replace it with 32GB as suggested.

No problems that I'm aware of... I sync every time I get back to my desk before I put it on the charger.

I know this is an older thread but I am having the same problem.  But only after the last update on Dec 23rd, 2021.  I am at a loss. I never used an SD card in the controller but have never had an issue before the update, either.  It was suggested that I remove and reinstall the firmware and the software on the controller.  I cannot find anything that explains exactly how to do this.
