Right after unboxing I fully charged my mavic mini and controller then tried to connect for the first time but it failed. I watched the tutorial on how to connect and earlier I flied Mavic air many times so I know the regular way of connecting. I also tried to pair by pressing the power button for 4 seconds in pairing mode and also the remote in pairing mode but failed. After few seconds the aircraft turn to solid red which I saw in the manual said critical error. Is there any way I can hard reset the mavic mini or any suggestion I should try before returning to DJI?
