I've searched the forum and can't seem to find an answer for my question.

I currently own a Moza AirCross, and this gimbal uses a DC output to a dummy battery for my a6500. However, I'd like to upgrade my gimbal to the Ronin SC (not 'S'), but as we all know, the battery on the a6500 is abysmal at best when shooting 4K. So, is there any way the Ronin SC can charge my a6500 via USB? I know the 'S' has a DC output, but I don't need a gimbal this big. Of course, I could buy a battery grip, but this will add weight, size, and extra cost, so I don't really want to do this.

I think there's no option...
One workaround is place a external battery in one of the coldshoe supports on the side of the ronin (SC) and use a dummy battery to the sony.
