Hi.

Trying to update my phantom 4 using the latest version of DJI Assistant for Phantom.

It recognises it - however I've tried updating the three different firmwares as showing below - every one of them fails.  I've also tried two seperate computers to eliminate a computer issue.  I've tried resetting the factory settings as well.



Typically it gets to 99 percent but then comes up with an error that it has failed - no error code or anything like that.

As a computer technician - I'd love to know where the F*** it's putting these error logs - Uploading to where? - Where is the error code to diagnose.

Frustrated that you can't just get an error code - Anyone else know what to do?

Hi rob82aus, sorry for the difficulties, may we have the version of your DJI Assistant 2? Was the drone ever crashed before or encountered any hard landing?
