Hello DJI,

I recevied a DJI Ronin SC alongside with the RSS Cable for Fuji (Part 16) last week.
Unfortunately, the RSS Cable for Fuji does not work as advertised in the camera compatibilitylist on an Fuji X-T2.
For photos it will only trigger the Focus, but not the shutter. My cheap remote does that (which originally was for Canon), so it is not a problem from my X-T2.


I have the latest Firmware installed on the Gimbal and use the current App.
The X-T2 has the latest Firmware (Firmware 4.30).

I would realy like to use that combination. Please find a Firmware/App (i.e. Camera Selector, so the Gimbal puts out other signals depending on the camera selected) or Hardware solution (i.e. Adapter for 2.5mm cable) to fix the problem.
