i am new user of DJI mavic mini and new to DJI forum. please help me about my DJI Fly problem.
my DJI Fly always keep restarting my samsung Note 8 android 9 while doing RTH.
my DJI Fly using firm ware 01.00.0300 latest update.
is there any other user of DJI mavic mini has the same problem.? please share with me how to settle this problem.

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Do you have some screenshot showing the error message when the application restarted? Also, you may also try to sync all of your flight records and try to uninstall and reinstall the application to see if the problem persists. Please let us know the update for us to help you further. Read carefully, he can't screenshot because the app restarts his phone. Not the app.

Hi max, sorry for the difficulties, the issue only happens during the RTH right? May we have the logs of your DJI Fly for further analysis?
Connect the mobile device that has been connected to the aircraft to the PC, and then export the data in the "LOG" folder.
