the fly after attack was normal excepted the vibrations in the video back

It's hard to tell where this took place, but in the U.S, , if you or your drone come within 300 yards of  an eagle nest, it's a year in jail and up to $100,00 in fines. So, in the U.S. at least, the eagle would have been right.

Who cares about the drone, which can be replaced? What about the eagle? Large raptors are threatened worldwide. Drones should stay at least a kilometer from any raptor nest. Use common sense!
