For those who normally don't use B4UFLY - Kittyhawk App; because you fly in area(s) known to be open (non NFZ).

While back updated to U.S. F.A.A. B4UFLY - Kittyhawk Application.  Until recently have not used new version of App; being my flying was done in known safe to fly areas.
The old version of B4UFLY was not user friendly, but did make NFZs and areas requiring tower notice obvious to user.

The current version of B4UFLY - Kittyhawk App, after it finds your location or you enter a location for planning; will open a map window with a box having slide bar.  The box shows you whether it is safe to fly "Good to go" (Green), "Airspace restrictions" (Yellow), or "Do not fly" (Red).

A friendly heads-up (again to those who rarely use B4UFLY App):  The box as shown does not give you all information you should have, unless you slide bar of box further Up.  Doing so enlarges box, which then shows more information.  Such as, nearby Airport and / or nearby Heliport.  By nearby, I mean close enough a Mavic Pro could easily fly to and back.

Do feel current version of B4UFLY should either have Box fully open when Sattelite Map view is opened or needs to have a 4th color with different color scheme.
Such as - "Good to go" (Green), 'Nearby Airports/Heliports' (Yellow), "Airspace restrictions" (Orange), "Do not fly" (Red).

Recent example:
Before traveling, used B4UFLY - Kittyhawk App to see if drone could be flown around a home in a housing edition.  Entered address, verified right location by Sattellite Map, and App showed "Good to go!" (Green).  Packed up drone and it was off to suburb of big city.

After somer relaxing down time, it was time to fly.  Opened up B4UFLY App and let it set location based on GPS coordindates.  Again Kittyhawk App showed "Good to go!".

Setup drone and started powering up drone, RC, and CrystalSky.
Sidebar: On power up drone flagged a firmware mismatch.  Strange being it worked fine less than two weeks prior.

Shortly afterwards, R.C. popped up a message of "NFZ" on LCD screen.  DJI's GO-4 App, now running on CrystalSky Ultra brite did not show any warnings.  Despite "NFZ" on R.C.; was able to start drone's motors, and succesfully fly drone without any problems.  Getting aerial pictures of house from different heights and angles, as planned.

After landing, while talking to a friend, friend mentioned there was a major Airport several miles away.  Again checking B4UFLY - Kittyhawk App showed "Good to go!".  However this time, I flipped box's slide bar, which then showed there was an Airport (which read like a tiny one - not a major Airport) less than 1/4-mile away.
