Notes:

• Once the firmware is updated, it cannot revert to a previous version. Restart the aircraft and remote controller once the update is complete.

Pretty sure that at least these two can apply to V1 Pro / Pro+:

-Optimized IQ and AWB parameters of camera to improve camera image quality.
-Fixed some issues.

Is V1 going to receive a firmware update?

I want the obstacle sensor to work when flying towards the sun, so that the drone stops suddenly.
Unfortunately Japan could not test in the rain.

Cannot see any updates in App2 for my P4P

Any improvement to the infamous P4P2 issues of not flying in a straight line and the harsh breaking? Glad to finally see an update, was getting worried they might be done with the P4P2. Recently upgrade from the original 2016 P4 - but a bit disappointed with the two aforementioned issues that didn't exist on my old P4. Fantastic upgrade on the camera though.

I want that fantastic camera upgrade for my P4P+ V1!!!!!!!! Seriusly, DJI should be releasing camera updates for BOTH V1 and V2, since camera hardware is the same.

If you fly towards the sun and want it to stop then you just do nothing unless you are on some sort of tapfly mode.

I run the P4PV2 at +3 sharpness but after the update it looks blocky.  I haven't tried it at 0 though.  I assume they've cranked up the sharpness so right now I'm prob at +4 or +5.

Did the update few days ago, flied today. It works. But....yaw is a bit more sensitive, also you have to calibrate the remote after the update, its really nervous and I think deadband around center of the sticks is much smaller. Pretty sensitive on yaw. Braking seems the same. It does feel a bit more stable especially when descending. I cannot say much for the video, but the image quality seems improved a lot. DNG files are absolutely amazing. But after the imu and compass calibration it still does not hold the straight. Slight yaw still present, same as before 3 batteries down and this is my impression...

They improved the prop removal.

How did you stitch the sphere image??  Can you give a step by step tutorial?  The work is amazing.

I still fight with stitching especially when there is a lot of sea surface.i shoot a standard 360 sphere with phantom 4, lock exposure on some normal part to avoid burns and overexposure but in raw.import all photos to lightroom, adjust them properly and export to maximum jpeg.then import all exported jpegs to microsoft ICE.so far it is the best. ptgui is amazing but again a  lot of sea surface just drives it crazy.panos are not true 360 you will always have top part missing, so you can fill it in photoshop....

So Manual mode?  The colors are amazing.  Did you edit each photo?  How is there that 3D sun flare?

Anyone knows how to solve a "black screen" remote controller? Somehow the most recent Firmware-update failed during update, and now my controller only gives me a black screen while it's on.
I tried to fix this with the DJI Assistant on my Mac, with the option "Reset to Factory Settings". This also failed and brings on the message "Resetting to Factory settings failed, please restart and retry".

Several times now... This is the only option I have in my DJI Assistant-window when the RC is connected by USB.

@DJI Paladin, will be this update also available for DJI Phantom 4 PRO+ V1? It has the same camera, so it should not be a problem. I am currently thinking about getting new drone and software updates are for me reason number one, so if you will give this update also to "older" drone, i would stick with your gear, but if not, I would probably go with another brand.

I think the photo colors look better instead of being slightly washed out.

Hello! I updated my Phantom 4 Pro + V2.0 to Aircraft Firmware version: v01.00.50.00 and updated the control panel to Remote Controller Firmware version: v01.00.04.00 everything is fine!
But the DJI GO 4 application did not update (((the application version remained 4.3.14 (8-dpad)) what could be the problem?

Need an increase in the power wattage.  The range is bad.  There was a mod where you have higher wattage in the 22 version and the range was as good as the M2 if not better.  Weak signal at 600m sucks.

Posting as a test. Forum keeps telling me i cant post a new thread. TEchnical support has no answers.

each photo edited and adjusted and dont shoot in sharpness +3!! minium is 0, personally I go to -3 or -2

hm.i had several issues with remote.what i did is i run minimal adb, issue command to go to recovery mode, once reboote into recovery, clear cache and factory reset.also you might try to do a sdcard firmware upgrade after the factory reset.I saved my remote 2 times like this.it was totaly dead
