does anyone have a crashing DJI GO 4 v.4.3.25 application on a smart controller version of software .530 during the flight.
I noticed that I do not have a flight log when this happens, instead of having approx.24 min. controller recorded only part of the flight from restarting the DJI GO application until the end of the flight.
Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to the said issue. I would recommend to please try refreshing the firmware of the DJI Smart Controller using the DJI Assistant 2 to isolate the issue. In addition, I will be posting a link ( https://www.dji.com/smart-controller/downloads ) for the DJI Assistant 2 and an official DJI video tutorial for the said process. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
Only DJI GO crashes, usually it happens after 20 min of flight, I restart the application and it works on, the controller works all the time.[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]I reset the controller to its original settings and reinstalled dji go 4.3.25 from the sd card
Inspite what the dji manual says , 64 gb sd is ok , you should put a 16 or 32 sd card in. I had same problems as you . After i put the 32 gb in , 6 months ago , i never ever had this problem

I did one flight yesterday with a 32 GB memorry card and had no problems
Somehow i am also not so happy with this .25 version app as it was never officially introduced via the normal update way on the sc , therefore i still have .16 and that works so far brilliant.
the size of the memory card certainly has something to do with the problem I mentioned in the original post, as I did three more flights with a 32GB card in SC without any problem
size of the MicroSD card???
well I am using Scandisk 128GB A2 V30 Pro Extreme ,which is one of the high speed card in the Scan Disk family.
Disconnection or sudden shutting down of the App may not related to size of the card but your accumulated cache files. I get used to clean the cache files before each fly and having no problem at all.
You may try
1) use Hight speed Micro SD
2) regularly / frequently clean the cache files.

I think you're right, because it happened again with this smaller card. Thanks for your suggestion

I have done all of this to my smart controller and the dji app keeps crashing and the controller turn it self off, as a matter of fact I almost crash the drone twice because I can do anything with it while the controller is off and the drone keep on motion, I just recently purchase this drone MAVIS 2 PRO WITH SMART CONTROLLER, and also stops recording every time that happens, what can I do ?
