I activated my Mavic Air today.  I tried to purchase DJI Care Refresh but I am getting error:

I checked my account for any orders.  There are no orders.  How do I purchase the DJI Care Refresh?

My S/N is 0K1DF222BD83F1.

My wife bought it for me off of Amazon on 12/13/19 for a Christmas gift.
