for DJI Mavic pro

The controller shows battery error, the MP cannot take off.  Then connect the Drone with the controller; with controller plug to the Mac Book, turn on the assistance 2 apps.  After connecting to the Mac Book, the battery error disappeared.

What could be the casue of the error?

Battery firmware mismatch, I'd use the DJI Assistant 2 to refresh the AC firmware with the problem battery in the AC, make sure it's fully charged though.

Decided not to waste time and replace the spoiled battery.  The battery is not so reliable; which is suppose to have a high quality.  Charge the battery less than 15 times before it give way.
