Absolutley love my DJI Min!!!!!

Can anybody inform as to how long it takes for a response from DJI Care?

I have uploaded my video  to youtube showing my mini working in perfect condidtion on Sunday 22nd Dec, but have yet to receive any confirmation.

I guess, I'm being a little impatiant due to the Christams period.

Thanks for your reply.  There wasn't an option to submit my email address.  However I have now sent my information again using the email address you supplied.
