Please be kindly noted that the fundamental principle of judging whether a drone is under warranty or not is to check whether product defect is the reason that caused crashes and damages.
We're very sorry for your disappointment, however we can not change this conclusion based on denial alone. It's also, very clearly, not a product quality issue. Nothing else has been affected and your logs, these or others, do not show any signs of other abnormal behavior. Based on the current evidence we have and DJI Aftersales Policy we can not handle your unit in warranty.
We completely understand how you feel and we would like to help you as much as we can as the Escalation and Complaint Department. We have applied for another 10% discount for your repair case, which makes it 15% discount in total.
Please kindly let us know if you would like to accept the offer by replying to this email. If not, we will close the case and send back your aircraft unrepaired.
