Ronin S was doing well initially. 2 months later, NOT charging. Any suggestions?

I just received my ronin S yesterday and there was no charging adapter in the box. There is a USB cable but no plug to plug it into. I've tried using an iPhone wall adapter but its been charging for 6+ hours and is not yet charged. How can I get the charger that was evidently not put in my package?
