Inya lake is located right in the middle of Yangon city. Myanmar Plaza and Melia Hotel are the dominant buildings of Yangon skyline in this area.

Hi David_Rx8, thank you.
Just take your mavic in your hand luggage, the mavic pro has a shape that is not easily detected in Xray when folded. Anyway the risk is small these days because they don't scan much luggage upon arrival at Yangon airport, so most likely you can through without any trouble. In the worst case scenario they would confiscate it and return it to you when you leave the country, but as I said risk is currently minor so don't worry too much. Which airport will you be coming from? Just be careful sometimes in Bangkok they are good at spotting drones (even mavic pro) and they can argue if you fly to Yangon from there.

But I would say it's more risky for Myanmar domestic flights departing from Yangon as they will scan your hand luggage in any case. Do you plan domestic flights from Yangon? In other airports it is mostly fine.

And in case they confiscate my drone in Yangon, could I get returned to Mandalay? Sorry but I have so mane doubts about that, and the Myanmar Government doesn't give me an answer trough email.

I mean Bangkok airport is the only airport where they have detected my mavic 2 pro until now. They asked me a few questions and kept me waiting for 2-3 minutes but let me go through then.
Yes it is a problem for you if they confiscate your drone at Yangon airport because they will keep it at Yangon airport and you'll need to pick it up there.
So my advice is for you to go from Yangon to your next city not by plane but by bus or by car.
